*This position requires travel between 2 buildings each day*

Performs both building and ground maintenance to ensure safe and pleasant appearance of building and grounds.  Assists in set-ups for special sporting and school events.

• Assists with storage duties and setting up for events
• Performs various external building safety needs and maintains pleasant appearance of buildings and grounds
